At Be FREE Sports Academy, we are committed to providing superior freeride training programs to enhance athlete performance and foster lasting development. Our academy, nestled in the heart of Lake Tahoe, offers a unique blend of experiential outdoor education and athletic excellence, empowering young talents to thrive in a challenging yet supportive environment.
Our mission is to integrate immersive experiential education with elite Freeride training designed to build confidence, character, resilience, and determination in youth athletes. Through our specialized training and coaching, we aim to inspire personal growth, athletic achievements, and life skills that transcend the resorts.
Be FREE Sports Academy is fully insured and operates with licensed coaches and certified staff.
BFSA Freeride Coaches
At BFSA, we rely on experienced coaches with deep backgrounds in both Freeride and Freestyle skiing and snowboarding to guide our athletes. Every coach on our team brings not only technical expertise, but a passion for mentorship, mountain safety, and athlete development.
We prioritize small coach-to-athlete ratios, real-time feedback, and individualized progression plans to help skiers and snowboarders reach their personal and competitive goals. Whether an athlete is learning their first 360 or refining their Freeride line choice, our coaching staff ensures they’re challenged, supported, and inspired every step of the way.
